Dated price change — coming up

Xero's US prices rise on October 1, 2026 — the exact new figures

Every US plan goes up, and the multi-organization discount is being phased out on the same date. Here's what your clients will pay, straight from Xero's own update page.

Pre-announced by Xero · current prices verified live 2026-09-14 · effective 2026-10-01

Unlike most price changes, this one is dated in advance — which means you can get ahead of it. Xero has announced a US price increase effective October 1, 2026. Here are the new monthly prices.

The new Xero US prices (from October 1, 2026)

PlanNowFrom Oct 1Change
Early$25/mo$27/mo+8%
Growing$55/mo$59/mo+7%
Established$90/mo$97/mo+8%

Plan limits unchanged: Early includes 20 invoices and 5 bills; cash-flow forecasting runs 30 / 60 / 180 days by tier.

The part that's easy to miss: the multi-org discount is going away

From the same date, Xero is phasing out its multi-organization discount. If you or a client run several Xero organizations under a discounted arrangement, the per-org cost is what changes most here — potentially more than the headline plan increase. This is the detail worth flagging to multi-entity clients now, not in October.

Don't confuse this with Xero's other-country changes. Xero also raised UK prices in September 2026 (different plans, in GBP), and Australia has its own increase on this same October 1 date (in AUD, including a plan confusingly named "Grow" — not the US "Growing"). If you serve US clients, the only figures that matter are the October 1 US numbers above: $27 / $59 / $97 in USD.

One more thing aggregators get wrong

Some third-party sites quote an "~10% annual prepayment discount" for Xero US. There isn't one — Xero US bills monthly and auto-renews monthly; there is no annual plan to discount. If you've been quoting an annual Xero saving, that's worth double-checking.
