BILL pricing in 2026 — the real numbers
If you've seen $45 / $55 / $79 quoted for BILL, that's stale. Here's what BILL actually charges, read from bill.com's own pricing page.
BILL Accounts Payable & Receivable plans
| Plan (per user / month) | Often quoted online | Actual price |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $45 | $49 |
| Team | $55 | $65 |
| Corporate | $79 | $89 |
| Enterprise | — | Custom pricing |
BILL Spend & Expense is $0. The accountant-facing AP/AR Partner console is $49/month.
Why the confusion: a lot of "best AP software" roundups were written against BILL's older $45/$55/$79 tiers and never updated. Quote a client from one of those and you undercharge — or set the wrong expectation. We've re-verified $49/$65/$89 nine separate times since August; the vendor's page has not moved.
What about the acquisition talk?
You may have seen headlines that BILL is "in talks" to be acquired. Those trace back to a February 2026 report and remain uncompleted as of September — no signed or announced deal. It doesn't change today's pricing, and we watch bill.com and the SEC filings directly rather than recycling aggregator headlines.
We watch BILL every day — want the alert?
StackWatch reads BILL's pricing page daily and flags a change the morning it happens, confirmed against the page itself. Add BILL and the rest of your clients' stack and we'll keep you current.
