Karbon prices per user, and the annual-vs-monthly gap is meaningful. Here's what it actually costs, from karbonhq.com.

Paying annually saves roughly 25% on Team and 10% on Business versus month-to-month.
Two things the roundups get wrong: First, several sites advertise a Karbon "Solo plan at $19/month." There is no such plan on Karbon's page — don't quote it. Second, "monthly billing is only available for teams of 4+" is a billing-cycle condition, not a seat minimum — annual billing has no minimum. Smaller teams can absolutely use Karbon; they just pay annually.

Team and Business differ on allowances — workflow statuses, work templates, contacts, work types, teams and sub-teams all step up from Team to Business to Unlimited on Enterprise. eSignature credit bundles and payment-processing fees are add-ons, priced separately, and aren't part of the per-user plan cost.
